LIVE HEALTHY //


If I asked you to name 5 things to do that would make you be in better health, I am sure that you could list them without much thought.  But how many apply this to their daily life style.   This column is just to let you know that there are many people out here including myself that wish to maintain and be fit and free. Here are some suggestions.

 

1. Don’t eat after 7pm.  Digestion is one of the biggest tasks that your body does.   Allow it to rest for at least 12-14 hours.

 

2. Watch your meat intake.  You must eat all meats early.  Also, I just heard about cloning of meats.  That can’t be good.

 

3. Weigh yourself daily.  See what you do on a daily basis that makes you gain or lose.  Knowing is better than not.

 

4. Pray.  Keep in your focus so you will not be distracted.  What is God telling you to do?  Listen for an answer.

 

5. Exercise.  You know what you can do.
